The Platform
6 questions

FSHNiSTA is the operating system for the global fashion industry. A single platform that connects consumers, creators, brands, retailers, designers, stylists, photographers, models, and beauty professionals under one unified infrastructure.

Think of it the way you think of Stripe for payments or AWS for computing. Those platforms did not build one product. They built the layer that every other product in their industry could sit on top of. FSHNiSTA is doing that for fashion, and the Digital Twin is the foundation everything else is built on.

Neither. FSHNiSTA is a platform layer, not a product category. It has commerce features, discovery features, and community features, but it is not a marketplace in the traditional sense and it is not a social network.

A marketplace connects buyers and sellers. A social network connects people for content. FSHNiSTA connects every player in the fashion ecosystem through a shared digital identity infrastructure. The outcome looks like commerce and community, but the architecture underneath is different.

Vienna, Austria. FSHNiSTA GmbH is registered in Vienna and the team builds from here. The city was a deliberate choice: strong engineering talent, a position at the centre of Europe, and regulatory proximity to the EU standards that matter for a platform handling personal data at scale.

The platform is designed for global use from day one. Vienna is where we build. The world is the market.

Everyone in or around fashion: consumers who want to discover and shop, creators who want to monetise their style, brands who want intelligent reach, designers launching collections, stylists managing clients, photographers building portfolios, models licensing their image, beauty professionals taking bookings, and media covering the industry.

The platform is genuinely built for all of them simultaneously. Not as a feature expansion from a single starting point, but as a unified architecture where each user type gets tools specific to their role.

Closed test flight. We are onboarding a carefully selected group of early members, reviewing applications manually, and admitting people in cohorts. This is deliberate. The decisions made on a platform in its first weeks become structural, and we want the right people making them with us.

The platform is functional, not a mockup. The Digital Twin works. The Storefront module is live. Booking Manager is available. What you are joining is a working product in its earliest public phase.

During the test flight phase, access is free for approved members. The full pricing structure for each user type will be published ahead of the public launch.

The platform model is built around professional tiers for creators, brands, and retailers who need advanced features, with a free tier for consumers that covers core discovery and Twin functionality. See the pricing page for the current structure.

Digital Twin
5 questions

Your Digital Twin is a persistent, intelligent representation of you that carries your measurements, your style preferences, your saved looks, and your fashion history. It is not a photograph of you and it is not a 3D scan. You do not need special hardware to create one.

Your Twin learns from what you tell it and what you do on the platform: the garments you try on, the looks you save, the styles you engage with. Over time it becomes more accurate. The more you use it, the better it understands how to represent your actual fashion life.

No. Your Twin is built from information you provide — measurements, style preferences, body shape — and from the activity you generate on the platform. No scan, no special camera, no hardware.

The accuracy improves as you use it. Start with your basic measurements and style profile. Every try-on session, every saved look, every purchase you make on the platform teaches your Twin more about how you dress.

Yes. That is the point. Your Twin is persistent — it does not reset when you move between experiences. The measurements and preferences you set carry into every brand you visit, every try-on session you start, every outfit card you open.

This is what makes FSHNiSTA different from a standalone try-on tool or a single brand's size guide. Your data moves with you so you never have to re-enter it or get a different result depending on where you are.

Only with your explicit permission. Brands can see aggregated, anonymised data about the types of Twin profiles engaging with their products — that is the intelligence they use for design and marketing decisions.

Your individual Twin data, your specific measurements, your personal style history, is yours. You control what is shared, with whom, and whether your data contributes to any aggregate. We do not share or sell individual Twin profiles.

Yes. Models on FSHNiSTA can build their Digital Twin and make it available for commercial licensing. A brand that wants to show how a garment looks on a specific body type can request a licence, negotiate terms with the model directly, and use the Twin for campaign or product imagery.

The model sets the terms and receives the revenue. FSHNiSTA facilitates the connection and the transaction without taking a disproportionate cut or requiring agency representation.

Virtual Try-On
4 questions

When you try on a garment on FSHNiSTA, it renders on your Digital Twin using your actual measurements. The result reflects how the garment will look on your specific body shape, not on a standard model or a mannequin.

The accuracy depends on the completeness of your Twin data. The more information your Twin carries, the more precise the try-on result. As you add more measurements and style data, the visualisation improves.

You can try on any product that has been set up for Twin integration by the brand. During the test flight phase, integration depth varies by brand. As more brands connect their catalogues fully, the try-on library expands.

The FSHNiSTA store — our own brand merchandise — is fully integrated from day one.

Significantly. The average online fashion return rate is around 28%. For customers who use virtual try-on before purchasing, that figure drops to around 6%. The reason is straightforward: the primary cause of returns is fit, not quality or style, and try-on resolves fit uncertainty before purchase.

For brands, this is both a cost saving and a commercial signal. A customer who tries on and buys is a higher-confidence purchase. The return data from try-on sessions also tells brands which garments have fit problems before they become return problems at scale.

Yes. Looks you try on can be saved as Outfit Cards in your Twin profile. You can build collections, share them with your followers, and link every item in the look directly to its product page. If you are a creator, shared Outfit Cards generate affiliate revenue when your audience shops from them.

Creators
5 questions

Three main ways. Affiliate links — every product you feature in an Outfit Card generates revenue when your audience purchases through it. Storefront sales — if you have products of your own, your FSHNiSTA Storefront is a direct commerce channel. And brand partnerships — brands on the platform can find and approach you based on your audience data, style profile, and Twin engagement.

Unlike most platforms, FSHNiSTA gives you link-level attribution. You see exactly which products are converting, at what rate, and from which audience segment. Not total revenue — revenue per link.

No. There is no follower threshold. Creator tools on FSHNiSTA are designed to be valuable from day one, before you have any audience. A Storefront, a portfolio, a booking calendar, and affiliate links all generate value independently of how many people follow you.

The platform does not treat small creators as second-class. The tools are the same whether you have 100 followers or 100,000. What scales with your audience size is your earning potential, not your access.

Yes. Creator Storefronts support both affiliate product linking and direct product selling. If you have your own line — clothing, accessories, prints, anything physical — you can list it, manage inventory, and sell directly to your FSHNiSTA audience from your Storefront.

Storefront availability is being rolled out progressively through the test flight phase.

Content reach, Outfit Card save rate, affiliate conversion by link, follower growth, audience demographic breakdown, and best posting time based on your specific audience's activity patterns. Not platform-wide averages. Your data, specific to your audience.

You also see which of your shared looks are being saved to other users' Digital Twins — a stronger signal of resonance than a like or a comment.

Brands on FSHNiSTA can discover creators whose Twin audience data matches their target profile. They can see which creators are already organically wearing their products, what conversion their mentions generate, and reach out directly through the platform.

You are not cold-pitching brands. Brands that are a genuine fit for your audience find you based on actual signal, not follower count alone.

Brands
4 questions

Brand access is currently by application during the test flight phase. Apply via the waitlist and specify that you are a brand. We are onboarding brands progressively and prioritising those with catalogue depth and a commitment to Twin integration.

For brands that want to integrate their existing commerce stack, the B2B API is available to verified partners.

Digital Twin impression data — how many Twin profiles engaged with your products. Try-on conversion rates by SKU. Audience body intelligence — the body type profile of your engaged audience, anonymised and aggregated. Creator halo data — which creators are driving engagement and purchase. Trend alignment score — how your current catalogue maps to what the community is searching for.

All of this is aggregated and anonymised. Individual user data is never shared with brands.

No. The platform is built to serve independent designers and labels as much as established brands. In fact, the intelligence tools are arguably more valuable for smaller brands who cannot afford to run expensive research programmes — FSHNiSTA gives them data about their actual customer that was previously only available to brands with large analytics budgets.

Yes. The FSHNiSTA B2B API supports inventory sync, product listing management, analytics data pull, and try-on session integration. The API is in private beta — see the developers page for details and how to apply for sandbox access.

The Booking Manager lets you set your availability, define your services and pricing, collect deposits, manage appointments, and send automated reminders — all from within FSHNiSTA. Clients find you through your portfolio or through the Map Discovery module and can book directly without leaving the platform.

It is built specifically for fashion professionals: session types, location, travel fees, and cancellation policies are all configurable.

Map Discovery shows FSHNiSTA users nearby stylists, photographers, beauty professionals, and stores in their area. When a user searches for a stylist near them or browses what is available locally, your profile appears if you have Map visibility enabled.

Unlike generic directory listings, your Map profile on FSHNiSTA shows your actual portfolio, your real booking availability, your service rates, and your Twin data. A client decides whether you are the right fit before they even make contact.

Yes. Designers can upload their collections to the Design Vault, link them to the try-on engine, and let buyers and consumers see how garments look across multiple body types simultaneously. No photoshoot required to show accurate fit across your entire size range.

For independent designers, this reduces the physical sampling cost that makes it prohibitive to present to a wide audience. The collection exists digitally before it needs to exist physically.

FSHNiSTA is based in the EU and operates under GDPR. You have the right to access, export, correct, and delete your data at any time from your account settings.

No. FSHNiSTA does not sell individual user data to advertisers or third parties. The platform does not run advertising in the traditional sense. Revenue comes from platform subscriptions, transaction fees on commerce, and API access fees — not from data monetisation.

Brands on the platform receive aggregated, anonymised audience intelligence. Not individual profiles. Not your name, your measurements, or your personal history.

Yes. You can request account and data deletion at any time by contacting legal@fshnista.com. Under GDPR you have the right to erasure and we process deletion requests within 30 days. Your Twin data, your activity history, and your profile are removed from our systems.

Getting Access
3 questions

Join the waitlist at fshnista.com/waitlist. Tell us who you are and how you plan to use the platform. We review applications manually and admit members in cohorts — there is no automated queue system.

Being specific about your use case and your role in fashion significantly improves your chances of early admission. We are looking for people who will actually use and shape the platform, not passive sign-ups.

We do not operate a first-in-first-out queue. Admission is based on the mix of user types we need in each cohort, the quality of the application, and the bandwidth to properly onboard new members.

Timelines vary. Some applicants are admitted within days. Others wait weeks while we build toward the right cohort composition. You will receive an email when your application is reviewed either way.

We have not announced a public launch date. The test flight phase will continue until the platform is ready for scale — and that decision is driven by product quality and community health, not a calendar target.

Follow the Newsroom and The Build for updates as we progress toward launch. Test flight members will receive advance notice before anything goes public.
