If you are using FSHNiSTA on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
FSHNiSTA is a fashion technology platform providing digital identity, virtual try-on, creator commerce, social discovery, and smart retail tools. The platform is currently in a closed test flight phase and features may change.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You may not create multiple accounts, share your account with others, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Your Digital Twin data belongs to you. FSHNiSTA does not sell your Twin data or share individual profiles with third parties without your explicit consent.
By creating a Digital Twin, you grant FSHNiSTA a limited licence to use your Twin data to provide platform services — virtual try-on, personalised discovery, and style recommendations. This licence ends when you delete your account.
Models who choose to make their Digital Twin available for commercial licensing retain full rights to approve, negotiate, and withdraw any licence at any time.
You may not use FSHNiSTA to:
Creators using affiliate links agree to disclose their commercial relationship where required by applicable law. FSHNiSTA is not responsible for the accuracy of product claims made in creator content.
Brands listing products on FSHNiSTA confirm they have the right to sell those products and that listings are accurate. FSHNiSTA reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies.
Payments for FSHNiSTA Store purchases are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. FSHNiSTA is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party processors.
Our return policy for FSHNiSTA Store items is 14 days from delivery for unworn items in original condition. Contact support@fshnista.com to initiate a return.
FSHNiSTA, the FSHNiSTA logo, the Digital Twin concept as implemented on this platform, and all platform content created by FSHNiSTA GmbH are our intellectual property.
Content you upload to the platform remains yours. By uploading it, you grant FSHNiSTA a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform. We do not claim ownership of your content.
FSHNiSTA is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FSHNiSTA GmbH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
On termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately. Provisions that by nature survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and governing law — continue to apply.
These terms are governed by Austrian law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vienna, Austria, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.

Creators müssen kommerzielle Beziehungen offenlegen, wo dies gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist. Marken bestätigen, dass sie das Recht haben, ihre aufgeführten Produkte zu verkaufen.
Zahlungen werden von Stripe verarbeitet. Unsere Rückgaberichtlinie für FSHNiSTA-Store-Artikel beträgt 14 Tage ab Lieferung für ungetragene Artikel in Originalzustand.
FSHNiSTA und alle von FSHNiSTA GmbH erstellten Plattforminhalte sind unser geistiges Eigentum. Von Ihnen hochgeladene Inhalte bleiben Ihr Eigentum.
FSHNiSTA wird "wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Die Haftung der FSHNiSTA GmbH ist auf den Betrag beschränkt, den Sie uns in den 12 Monaten vor dem Anspruch gezahlt haben.
